At Phantom Point Technology, we believe in the power of technology to transform businesses. But more than that, we believe in the power of partnership. Our story isn't just about lines of code and server racks; it's about the real people and businesses we’ve helped to thrive, right here in Crawfordsville, Indiana, and beyond. 

  Our journey started in 2012, with a vision to bring reliable, enterprise-grade IT support to the local community. Back then, we were a small team with a big passion for solving tech challenges. We saw that many growing businesses were struggling to keep up with ever-evolving technology while trying to focus on their core operations. That's where we came in. 

  Initially, we focused on Break/Fix. But as our clients grew, so did their needs – and so did our range of services. Over the years, we expanded into offering comprehensive managed IT solutions, including cloud services, cybersecurity, data backup, and more. This evolution wasn't just about adding to our service list; it was about adapting to the ever-changing tech landscape and, most importantly, meeting the evolving needs of our clients.  

  We've seen a lot of change since we first opened our doors. Technology has revolutionized, and businesses have had to pivot and adapt. Through it all, our commitment to our clients has remained constant.
